Returns and refunds

Returns/Exchanges can be requested for any reason within 14 business days from the delivery of your order.

You will receive a return form in the package, but if for any reason the form is missing, we will send you an email with a Return Authorization Number and the details for sending it back to us.

Before requesting a return please make sure the products meet all our return conditions.
Please note that if the security tag (return rag) is missing or unfastened the return will not be accepted.

Exchanges are possible and can be requested within 14 days from the delivery of your order. Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size. Please note that exchanges are possible only once with complimentary shipping included; for further exchanges you will have to pay for the return shipping.
To request an exchange, click on the ‘Return/Exchange’ button you find under ‘My Orders’ inside your Ade & Me account.
You will receive an email with a Return Authorization Number and the details for sending it back to us, which you may also find below under Shipping your returnShipping your return.
Before requesting an exchange please make sure the products comply with our return conditions.
Please note that if the security tag (return rag) is missing or unfastened the return will not be accepted.

Please make sure that you first fill in the Return Form. Please follow these easy steps for returning the purchase to our warehouse:

  1. Prepare the items you wish to return in the original order box. Please ensure the products are in the original package and contain all their accessories, that the seal and security tag are intact and that the return box is securely wrapped
  2. Please ensure the box contains the ADELINA RUSU hanger or garment bag. If the hanger is missing at return, we will deduct from the refund a fee of 25 euros; if the garment bag is missing at return, we will deduct from the refund a fee of 50 euros.
  3. Contact DHL to organise pick up within 5 days from return authorisation (visit www.dhl.comwww.dhl.com). Return shipping is complimentary if you use our pre-printed DHL label.

If you decide to return using a different courier service, the delivery cost will be at your expense and we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged returns.

Please ensure the products comply with the following conditions before requesting a return:

  • The products are in their unused original condition, with all tags and the security seal still attached and include all accessories or any special packaging
    Partial, damaged, worn or altered items will not be accepted
  • The return is requested within 14 days from delivery
  • The return package is handed to the courier within 5 days from return authorisation
  • The package is returned from the original shipping Country
  • The products were purchased online on adelinarusu.com

Gifts can be returned by contacting the person who sent you the gift or, if you prefer, please contact our Customer CareCustomer Care.

Upon receiving your package, the integrity of the items must be verified before accepting your return. This may take up to 3 working days.
After the return has been accepted, the refund will be issued as soon as possible, directly to the Credit/Debit Card or PayPal account used for the original purchase and in the same currency.
We approximate you will be refunded in about one week from when we request the refund; nonetheless this might vary depending on the time required for banking procedures.
You will receive a confirmation email the moment the refund has been successfully issued together with the total refunded sum, which will correspond to the full price of the items returned.
