Shipping and delivery

For all items, you have the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Complimentary Express shipping – delivery within 2-3 business days¹ from dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates, there may be slight variations according to the selected shipping Country.
You may send the order to a home or office address.
All our orders are shipped from Romania, with the TNT courier. You will find the Tracking Number for your parcel both in your account and in the shipping confirmation email.

¹Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in Europe and in your selected shipping Country.

A TNT Tracking Number will be assigned to your package as soon as it is shipped.
The updated status is always available in your account, inside the Order Tracking section.

Please note that the Tracking Number will be active within 24 hours from when the order is dispatched, hence you may not find any updates immediately after the shipment was made.

Should you require any assistance with receiving your parcel, changing the delivery address or scheduling pick up, please contact our Customer Care.

All our orders are shipped through the TNT courier service. Deliveries are during office hours from Monday to Friday, and signature is required. If nobody is available to sign for the parcel for three consecutive working days, TNT will leave a notification and a contact number. Should you require assistance with the delivery, please contact our Customer Care.
Please note that TNT may not ship to certain locations in your Country, such as P.O. Boxes or General Delivery/Poste Restante addresses.
